I did JM 30DS Day 3 of Level 1 this morning followed by Day 5 of the Arm Challenge:
20 Tricep Extensions
20 Arnold Presses
8 Tricep Dips
5 Push Ups

Good morning! My legs are very tired and were burning like crazy last night. I know I need a rest day but I have that scheduled for tomorrow and maybe Saturday since I have a 2 1/2 hour Zumbathon on Sunday. That means I have one more gym visit today. I will work that treadmill and then work on arms tonight. I'm shooting for 15 minutes running and 15 minutes walking as my goal.
Any of you in Central Florida who want to try a Zumbathon...this Sunday at 3pm in DeLand - $5 to feed the hungry. Hint, Hint Heather! :laugh:

Girl I am SOOOOO not a Zumba girl! I know lots of people love it but I am so uncoordinated and clumsy...the dancy stuff is not for me lol I am seriously thinking about doing the 5k with you though! I will probably have to walk the whole time lol I just gotta get the funds together!!0 -
Got in 2 Hip Hop Ab workouts this morning! Tonight I am going Christmas shopping so I will burn a little more calories off!!!0

Morning friends! I did the arm challenge and some recumbent bike this morning. I will do the JM 30DS later (I am having fun remembering how much I hate Natalie and prefer Anita). I also got two more Wii games from a local RedBox so I'm going to try at least one of them later with my son. :-)0
