Are bean sprouts paleo? I know beans aren't but they are more plant than bean. I'm confused on this one.

I googled it and the consensus seems to be that usually they are soy bean sprouts, and are considered a legume, so most paleo peeps who try to keep it clean don't eat them.

I'm not a big fan of sprouts and I can't buy any kind where I live. If they were soy, I would definitely never eat them. However, I do have some broccoli seeds for sprouting sitting in my cupboard. I haven't been motivated to try them yet.
  • I have kale and broccoli sprouts for sprouting and haven't done mine yet either.I think it depends on the sprout
