I am new to low carb and starting induction today. I am looking for friends to support me.

    Hey there, how are you doing so far on induction?

    I share my food diary with friends, so if you are interested in looking at it send me an invite - sometimes it helps when you get into it for the first time to see what others are eating. I'm in keto, have about 70% fat in my diet and limit carbs to 25g.

    I too would like some Atkins friends! I can't mention doing this diet at work because there are some hardcore Paleo people there who, when Atkins is mentioned, do nothing but start talking crap about it & how "great" and "superior" their diet is. Although kudos for them doing something they are passionate about, I can't afford organic food & don't have time to make my own mayo & such.

    I just started on here today in hopes to find some like minded dieters. :) I know your post is from December 5th, but hopefully you're still doing Atkins & have some advice for me.
