Hello:
My name is Rosie, 40 yo, 5'1 and hoping to find supportive friends. I keep going back and forth with 107 vs 104.6 this last week. I eat 900-1200 to meet my deficit sooner. I currently have 6 friends and delete regularly , if zero support.

I'm in a holding pattern right now. It's the holidays, and I'm not going to torture myself. After the New Year, I intend to go on a Protein Sparing Modified Fast for a maximum of 10 days or less if I can't stand it. Feel free to check in with me then.
Edited to add: I'm 5'2" and my weight is 104, but I've been bored and eating way too much food that I don't need so no surprise there. Christmas/the Winter Solstice,etc., comes but once a year...0 -
