Day 4 of the Shred followed by Day 6 of the Arm Challenge (25 Tricep Extensions, 25 Arnold press, 9 Tricep Dips and 5 Push-ups)

    Good Friday, all! Today is my rest day and it's a busy one. We are having lunch delivered for a celebration at work today and I have dinner plans. I can control lunch because we chose a place with some lighter calorie options. Not sure how dinner will work out yet. I'm feeling good about last nights visit to the gym. Of the 30 minutes on the treadmill, I ran for 16 of those minutes. I would like to be running for 15 minutes straight by the end of December (not in 5-6 minute intervals). That should get me to about 1.25 miles running straight. I have to get to a straight 3.1 miles run by end of February. I will keep working for it.

    Good morning everyone and happy Friday! I will be doing Gamma Extreme Circuit and if I have the energy I will do Core Speed or Speed 2.0. I am out for Speed 3.0 due to some of my upper body limitations and all of the burpees in that one. Hope everyone has a great day! Ladies-you're doing a great job getting those workouts in on a daily basis.:smile:

    Evening! I had to run in here quick to update then run back out. Tonight is the start of me baking 12 dozen cookies for tomorrow's swap. And I got home very late. I won't get in my shred or bike, but I'll do my arm challenge and I know I'm over my calories. I'll hit it tomorrow while more cookies are in the oven!
