    Weighed in! Lost 5 pounds since Dec 1! (My slider chart says 4, cuz I started myfitnesspal the day after Thanksgiving, or so. then I gained one pound between then and Dec 1, when I started this group. But have since lost that pound plus 4 more! Yay!!!!! Thank you for this awesome group!

    I went to a cocktail party and went way over...who knew martinis had so many calories?! Or maybe it was the crab dip and fancy cheeses! lol. I couldn't even think about logging all the different things that I sampled. Anyway, I am out for December, but I'll be back for January. Good luck everyone.

    So today has been quite hectic. Although I've been on my feet most of the day because of a dog show, I've not actually tracked 20 minutes worth of exercise.

    Was already undressed and ready for bed, but put some clothes on and went out for a very brisk walk.

    Even gave me some spare calories for some chocolate.

    So for the 7th day in a row it is Yes, Yes and Yes from me!

    Well today's my birthday and our family get together for thanksgiving. I pre-logged the dinner. What I didn't take into account was appetizers and then my hubby brought me a drink. So I will see you next month for the challenge I'm sure I'll make it more than a week. I knew today would be hard and I haven't had my sliver of cake yet.

    Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? surprisingly yes, even under but too much refined sugar which I usually avoid (this demonstrates the fact that calories aren't what matter if you're focused on healthy eating)

    Low energy day today, lots of yawning going on. I thought about how I have used sugar and caffeine to boost my energy levels in the past. Works for short periods of time. But seems like I can get through days like this just fine without them. Slowly, but fine.
