STATurday, week 5 results. No change in the belly this week, but finally some bigger changes in the thighs, I'll take it!

Week 5:
Weight: -1.1 (yay)
Arms: -.25 on right
Chest: same
Waist: same
Lower belly/muffin top: same
Hips: -.25
Thighs: -.75 left/-.5 right
Calves: -.25 on right

Totals since start on 11/4:
Weight: -5.7
Arms: -.25 each
Chest: -1.75
Waist: -3.0!
Lower belly/muffin top: -2.5!
Hips: -1.5
Thighs: -1.5 each
Calves: -.25 each

Total inches lost during Alpha phase: 10.75 ????

    Awesome results!!!!! I bet you will see the real changes in your belly in Beta. That's where my body completely changed.
