on week 6

Hi, I'm JJ.
This week makes week 6. I was thrown off earlier by the extra long workout (fit test + workout = 1 hr 25 min) but am back at it. I haven't lost any weight, but I can really see a difference. So far max recovery is my fave workout of the whole kit. I will definitely work this one into my "normal" routine.
Now I'm off to read your posts and see how you're doing!

I start month 2 tmm which is week 6 if counting recovery week I haven't peeked at month two workouts yet but I hear its like starting over n most people lose weight second month too I will post month one pics tmm and measurements to see if there's a difference0

Weird side effect: I did yoga class the other day and was shocked I can actually lay down on the floor doing pigeon. I've never done that before. I thought this program was going to stiffen me up - not make me more flexible! What a great side effect!0

yeah i def feel flexible too and month 2 is a little harder but manageable0

Two more weeks to go!!! I can't believe that today (if you include the recovery week) makes 7 weeks I've been doing this. Wow!0
