I am by no means an expert and I in fact rely on my buddies here to help me along but what I have learned is the range to set my macros in for my body to run most efficiently. I currently have them set a bit higher in carbs than I aim for but it's not a bad place to start (correct me folks if I am wrong). Carbs-20% Protein-25% Fat-55%. As I work my way down I aim to have it set this way, Carbs-10-15% Protein-5-10% Fats-75-80%. That is aiming for LCHF though which you may or may not be doing. I also have my cals set low right now at 1500 but really should have them around 1800-2000, I just can't eat that much though! Others will definitely be able to weigh in on where to set your cals. That way your numbers aren't all crazy at the end of the day.
Hope this helps somewhat

You can custom set your goals to whatever percentages you want. I currently have mine set to 50%F/30%P/20%C. To custom set your macros you:
1. Hit settings
2. goals (it's right under home, food, exercise, I always have trouble finding it.)
3. Change goals to whatever amounts you desire0 -
I am healthiest while ketogenic (burning fat for energy) so my macros are set at 70% fat, 20% protein, and 10% carbs. In my opinion, 60% fat is a minimum for optimal health.0
