Year End Goals

Hi,
I travel often and find when I am out of the country I usually eat more nutritiously and smaller portions and have a more active lifestyle. But now I am back in the states at a mostly 9-5 and I realize that for my body I only lose/maintain my weight if I eat less and exercise more. I generally eat pretty healthy-- vegetables, less processed foods, greek yogurt, nuts, etc. but I had begun snacking at work on things I didn't really want. I got a deal on bistromd for 21 meals so I am using that and supplementing it. There's always so much controversy around low calorie diets so I am thankful for this group. I want to be healthy and fit and respect what my body needs. I think my body is pretty content on fewer calories as long as I am eating nutritious foods. Thanks for your support! I'm Megdalyn.     I just successfully completed a 25-day diet of 700 calories per day. I lost the 10 vanity lbs., which places me @ 111 lbs. (I am 5' 3 1/2.") My goal from here on out is maintaining this weight!
