    Hi Chani.. can not watch You Tube here. ..Scariest monster to me is bone collector from Dexter.
    My monster monday started with 200 push ups and 50 bicep curls 8lbs.
    Snowing here in CT but only a couple of inches.

    Sorry Sims that you can't see the monster video, but I googled Dexter, and yikes, that series sounds gruesome. My son would love it - not telling him about it though! He watched Grim (I think it's called) and it was so, well, yucky! The people are monsters!

    Did 10 minutes on stationary bike!

    Tried Zumba. Gave up. Pass the dumbbells! ;)

    I love the Monster by Eminem and Rihanna for whatever reason :) Dexter is an amazing! series. Slightly unfortunate ending -____-.

    9am - 12 bulgarian squats, 12 side leg lifts each side, 30 squats, 30 pushups.

    10am - 1:30 min squat hold with punches, 10 front , round, side kicks each side, 10 1 leg pushups each side.

    Great job panda.. The last season of dexter was unwatchable.. I liked the English lady on that show, she was nuts.

    @ Sims, good, did a few short runs last week and got a 9 miler in on Saturday. Legs are still a little tired, but of course I'm not resting them either :ohwell: I have a half scheduled for this weekend, we'll see how things go.

    Still can only crank out 6 push ups with good form and as the day goes on they get much tougher.

    10 minutes of beating up the monster . . . oh wait, being a mighty monster . . . whatever. . . I got in a 10 minute workout with weights. It was boring.

    we do that squat hold in insanity.. Have you ever done an Arnold Press?

    on these exercises you can go lighter weight to start.. I think its an 8 count. side up in out in out side down

    Looks easy but it is not. Do this in Body pump I use 12 lbs after doing push ups then we grab a full bar and do presses.
    Highway to Hell is one of the songs. Fast life is another one.

    850 push ups and 125 bicep curls..

    Did 3 sets of 30 second squat hold and punches!

    I tried incorporating the Arnold Press into my routine but the rotation movement is too hard on the rotator cuffs. I'm fragile. LOL

    10 Pushups, 10 squats, 10 one-legged tricep dips, 10 lunges, 10 squat thrusts, 10 hillclimbers (english style I think), 10 crunches, 10 tuck jumps

    On with the Burpee Challenge, 14 (for yesterday) and 15 for today

    And walked in the building - 3 floors, 7 times = 3170 steps (1.5 miles)
