Hey there!

Hello all. I am starting the recovery week of my second time through Insanity. I love this program and am completely addicted. My first time through I had great results (unfortunately didn't take before and after pictures to send in for my shirt) and then had an injury and illness set me back for a year of no exercise. I tore my gluteus medius (butt) training for a half marathon and about 6 months later had an intestinal rupture that resulted in having to have part of my intestine removed.....BUT....I am back on track now. I have more weight to lose than the first time but I am avoiding focusing on the scale. My clothes are looser and my fitness is once again going through the roof. I have only lost 4 pounds in the first month but it is four pounds down that I don't have to lose again. I am 38 years old, 5'3'' and as of this morning 148 lbs. I would like to get down to about 15% body fat ultimately but I know that will be a process. I am not in a hurry and I have a pretty good mindset on where I am and where I am going.
So far I am exactly on schedule with no missed days. I am kinda nervous about "recovery week" because Shaun T has a different idea of recovery than most of us do :) I will finish this round January 12 and then I am thinking of doing P90X3 or Asylum Vol. 1. I already own Asylum (and I want that shirt too), but P90X3 looks like it is going to be awesome too.

    No problem on length of paragraph lol and welcome I start month 2 tho afternoon did fit test this morning I am posting results so far as for pics I will try to take some today hopefully there's a change
