Thank you!! How do you adjust your numbers to accurately reflect your Carbs, Protein an Fat numbers? I was only able to adjust the percentages and although close...they are not accurate.

Using this site helped me get a more accurate measurment for my macros. After, I adjusted my goals in MFP and will see what the next 3-4 brings.
