Sorry for the late post!! I haven't forgot why we are all here, if it ever seems that way just know that I know why we are here!

I ate my breakfast today. I didn't go to the gym until after I ate a proper breakfast . Well at least what I thought was proper.mi had a sweet potato
Yogurt
Coffee
Whey protein

Lunch I had celery and naked style wings

Dinner: verdict still out since I am at work!

I hope you guys exceeded all your goals today and if not we still got 11 more days!

    Haven't been here for a few days but today was pretty good -

    B - small serving of eggs, potatoes, bacon (I'm kind of transitioning to a more "paleo"-style diet, so trying out eating some red meat)

    L - salmon, apple, avocado salad

    S - tea with honey, americano with milk

    D - salmon sushi roll, yam sushi roll
