Spartacus and Running

I'm currently on week 9 of a Spartacus, running and upper body workout program. I rotate the 4 Spartacus workout's (1.0, 2.0, 2012 and Triple Set) each week on Monday's and Wednesday's. I run on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Fridays I do a quick upper body workout only to save my legs for my long run on Saturday. Sunday's I stretch and foam roll. I love all the Spartacus workouts. I look forward to hearing from others doing the program.
