Insanity Diet - help please!

I'm starting insanity Monday (eek!), but I'm going to be at home eating meals with my family. I can't really follow the insanity diet plan, so I wondering what I should be aiming to eat. I calculated my calories which should be about 2000, but how much protein etc. do you think I should be aiming for? Thanks!

I aim for just under a gram per pound of body weight. Like .8g per pound...0
