Day 10!

I wanted to check in and check up on you all!

Hope your day is well, my work day is stressful but my eating is all clean!!

Breakfast: coffee and scrambled eggs
Lunch: grilled chicken sandwich on wheat bread with tomato and lettuce.
Dinner: chicken noodle soup with real chicken breast.
Snack: Greek yogurt and a fruit cup.
Water on the side!!

My workout was metabolic effect class and power yoga!
Muscle milk was my post workout drink

Let me know how you guys did today,can't wait to hear from you!!

    Sprouts Farmers Market - Dried Turkish Apricots,
    Deli - Guda Cheese,
    Oranges - Small Cuties,
    So Delicious Dairy Free - Yogurt,


    Lunch
    Trader Ming's - Pork Shu Mai,
    Tomato - Slice 1/4 Inch, 4 Slice

    Dinner
    Cutie's - California Clementines,
    - Oven Roasted Red and Green Bell Peppers and Onion,
    Snacks
    Apple Granny Smith
    Godiva Chocolatier - Candy,

    I only see how well you did overall! I am sure the chocolate did hurt nothing or nobody!!

    Hanging in there. Lost one lb so far, so that's encouraging. Feeling great. Detox is definitely happening. Spending the day walking around with my tissues. I was pretty sick this summer with sinus infections and asthma, so I'm hoping that down out gluten is going to help some. The kids and hubby are doing well too although they splurged on chocolate cake at a friends house! Would post my food but it's a long list.
  • Okay so I haven't checked in for a few days, my grandfather has been at the hospital, in fact he is still there. I think I have done well though, mostly because I am a stress and worry eater.

    B- Peanut butter and jelly
    L- one burrito
    D- Chicken and fries ( the fries are probably the only bad part about this meal)
    S- Yogurt
