Hi,
I just started using my BodyMedia FIT LINK last week. I am loving this gadget, I finally broke a 2 month plateau. My question is what should I have as my MFP default settings, since the BMF syncs burn to MFP, I don't wanna eat too much food. Should I set my calories at BMR or TDEE? I am so confused. :laugh:

You can customize your goal by sliding the scale over in the customize section. I set mine to equal my MFP goal pulse my deficit which is 1,000 cal. for me. That would be a good starting point to see how you compare. I have my MFP goal set at sedentary with no exercise, with the two matching then anything I do over that burn I can eat back in theory. Over time you will see if that is to much or to little for you and make adjustments.0
