    Nice title Chani watched a really fit person jumping rope and he was drenched in a minute.

    Yes, I'm exhausted because I've lost a lot of sleep this week studying and writing papers. You know the saying "I feel like I've been run over by a truck....." But I'm beyond thrilled that I scored an A in everything.

    @sims - which one. The giant coat or the sexy lady model clothes lol. I dont work out in either. I'm a sweatpants and t-shirts girl.

    idk how girls do the tight everything clothing and go workout. I mean I can. But i'm there to work and not look pretty.

    Walked for 2 hours today, an hour with my dog and an hour to a Thai restaurant and home again. I'm exhausted to my core from school.

    Congrats on the Ace job Hollis on your Final! Hard work pays off.

    Today is a rest day for the Lean Machines so no Advent Calendar post. That's ok. I walked 3 laps in the building plus a big lap outside. It has warmed up enough for that but I regretted it later as the pollution level is still bad and my eyes didn't like the exposure. That was 2773 steps (1.3 miles). I finished off with 25 Burpees for my Shrinking Jeans Dec Burpee Challenge.

    I also walked my 30 minutes this AM and I will have Advance Karate Class tonight. Have a great weekend everyone!
