OHhhhhh YAY!!!
I disappear into real life for 7 months, come back to cyberlife and discover MFP now gives you the option to use kilojoules or calories instead of just calories.
I am doing the happy dance.

I track in kilojoules now, because all (packaged) foods here HAVE TO have kilojoules, but they don't always display calories.
But I still think in calories haha0 -
I am finding that! When I first started on mfp I had to mentally divide everything by 4.2 to work out calories...now I am doing it the other way round to work it into kilojoules!0
