Day 12!

Hey guys we are now in the single digits, 9 more days til we start eating in moderation!

I haven't ate enough today with working in all!

I had a Greek yogurt for breakfast with green tea.
I bought a box kashi cinnamon crunch cereal, which by the way are very tasty too, but didn't have time to eat them this morning.
For lunch I had a very small portion of corn, mash potatoes and chicken.
Snack was kashi oatmeal and dark chocolate cookies, I know, I know no COOKIES but they are whole wheat and I only had 3.

I forgive myself for that piece of happiness!

Ok how did you awesome people do?!?!?!

    No cravings for the "Naughty" foods :-) actually did not feel well today still completed 40 min of exercise.
    B- So- Delicious coconut yogurt, dried apricots, cuties
    L- oven roasted Jalapenos
    d- Sweet potato, Veggie burger cashews.
    under my daily limit but, as mentioned did not feel well today.. ugh..

    Tomorrow a new day!
