I feel pretty good! I like some foods this time of year but find I am not going to indulge til I bulge because i don't want to "mess with the success! Think about Christmas as a challenge.0

I am trying to get back to logging my food and I think I had best do it now...not after the holidays. If I don;t I will have an extra 5 or 10 lbs to lose and I sure don't need that. Thanks for starting the group.0
