Happy 13th day Everyone!! 8 more to go. How much more fun can we have before your 21 days is up?
I hope all is well with everyone. Let me know how you guys did today.
My breakfast was muscle milk pro series. 220 cal and 40g of protein.

By the way, I just started moderating the group "Mindfulness until Christmas."
To remain mindful of our bodies in this challenging season, we challenge ourselves to do 4 things:
* Truthfully fill out our food logs everyday
* Log at least 20 minutes of exercise everyday
* Check into the group as often as possible, and post how we are doing
* Offer encouragement to at least one other person doing this challenge
Take a deep breath, love ourselves, and have fun. Be here now, in this moment, enjoying life and our wonderful bodies.
