    So many Ab exercises! :)

    1min plank, 10 minute HASfit.com standing abs routine, 25 v-ups (5k), 3 sets of 30sec storks.

    So many chest exercises to do!!

    Did the 8 minute killer chest workout with HASfit.com, which brings my granny pushups to 100 so far today.

    10 biceps curls
    20 squats
    10 granny push ups
    10 push ups on the stairs
    1 plank

    That's all I've got right now. Locked in the house because of an ice storm. Hopefully it will melt so I can take the dog for a walk.

    so many body pumps but Idid just one for 60 minutes
    So many spins so I did an hrs worth...

    I took So Many steps to the market wearing So Many warm clothes, carrying So Many (5 kilo) grains of sand in my backpack! LOL
  • I did so many I lost count?

    I started the office exercises last week and I can feel a difference. The feeling is pain but I guess the old saying is true "no pain, no gain."
