My mom sent me a picture today from 3 months and 56 lbs ago. I was shocked! Until then, my weight was just a number on a scale. Now, I can see the difference and it is HUGE. I've lost almost 20% of my pre-surgery weight.

This is such a strange feeling that I've never experience before...

I think they call it "self confidence." That's it. I HAVE SELF CONFIDENCE!!!! :D

    Yea!!! Isn't it wonderful the new feelings we get to experience? Time seems to go slowly & then we see a picture and are totally amazed at the transformation! Keep up the good work.
