    Not a bad idea. I weigh only about every 2.5 weeks and wish I didn't feel compelled to weigh at all. It feels like a much bigger accomplishment to have clothes fitting right than to match up numbers on a scale.

    I get discouraged so easily, the scale is not my friend. It's going back in the dark recesses of the closet.
