Today's saying is a great one!
I had one I liked on my FB page yesterday, so I made a January 1 page since it looks like that was the first day we didn't already have done.
Edit to add that I found a bunch more on the same FB page, so the first week in January is done. Will leave week 2 for Tim.
It's day 1 of 6 days off from work. I'm starting out the morning with a trainer workout (upper body) and some kind of cardio. Will probably get on the rowing machine to warm up, then maybe the elliptical afterward.0 -
Awesome! Thanks Laura (it's addictive, isn't it?!). Thanks also Tim. I'm hoping things will settle down for me after the first two weeks, when school starts back.
Today we have been hit by numerous family crises, one after another, so I have nothing of interest to report at the moment. Still very sick, but having bigger problems to attend to. Booked with emergency med & dental appts today and tonight. Will be sure to read y'all later. Have a great Friday.0 -

Thanks to people who volunteered. I'm not sure where to find them or how to post them. Haven't even changed my profile picture yet since I've lost weight (I need to, I'm in 2 uniform sizes smaller then the one shown!) I'm not sure what my issue is about my pictures. I haven't posted anything even on facebook. Only pictures are from before. I'm sure I will have to think about that at another time.
Today I did a Metabolic Maximizer. for about 30 minutes. Good workout - good sweat.

Hi everyone, having a lazy day and didn't exercise.
I went to class and walked yesterday...tomorrow will be back to class. It's overcast and cold today and I have been cuddled up with a book all day, just finished it!0
