^^I really like today's thought. I hit 365days logged yesterday and look forward to another 365 days of commitment. I may have had alot of stalls & obstacles, for various reasons, but I'm closer today than I was a year ago.
Well, yesterday got confuzzled. I spent all afternoon on chores while the kids were gone, and never got a nap....until I finally wiped-out in the evening and short-circuited my sleep for the night (thus the early post). I'm still feeling awful but am going to have to get out for a walk or something today b/c I just don't think I can feel better sitting around the house with tissue stuffed up my nose.
I also just want to see if anyone else would be interested in doing the threadstarters for the month of January, or at least the first 2 weeks? I usually accumulate inspirational links that come across my facebook or other places into a Word doc, but I haven't had much time or concentration for it lately, so it'll have to be done daily and right now I feel so yucky that I'm not feeling very inspired. If anyone would like to, that'd be great. BTW, it's always an option. I just do it b/c like I said, usually the images come across my newsfeed and because additional googling for images (& the responsibility of it) is the extra dose of motivation for me, but I'm happy to share in the joy.
If you'd like, let me know.

Day 1 of 7 for time off from the gym and running today0 -
I'll start looking for good threadstarters on my FB page too - if I can come up with any good ones I can contribute too!
I ran 2 miles on the treadmill, then had a lower body workout at the gym. Felt amazing today. Feeling renewed & ready to go after the holidays.0
