Hi all I am back again. I took a break from MFP due to family issues and just lost motivation. ALong with that i lost muscle and I gained some weight. Yup all in my tummy. That is the place i seem to hold my fat. I really would love a buddy to help keep me motivated and I would really need some help with figuring out what amount of cals i should eat.
Scoobie says my

BMR is 1719
Tdee is 2364
and i should eat 2010

I have been eating around 1500 weigh 175ish and im 5.5
Until i hurt my knee last month i was running a couple days a week, boot camp a couple days and weights. but nothing on a normal basis. I have to get my behind in gear.

    Feel free to friend me. I could use the motivation these days too - this time of year is tricky for sure! My numbers are a little smaller than yours - 2000 TDEE, 1726 for a cut. Weigh 132 and 5'7". Worried about falling off the wagon too much over the holidays!!! (already have the last few weekends!)

    Are you trying to eat up to you TDEE or to your cut?
    Would love to be a buddy! I'm also beginning EM2LW and am slowly building myself up to my TDEE (2,010). At 1,650 calories daily.

    I'm 5'5", 154 and doing Stronglifts 5x5.
