How are you doing?

Here's a mindfulness quote of the day --

"It is this time and this place that matter—not some other time or place. What matters is here and now—the people here and now." -- Daisaku Ikeda

Happy enjoying of each moment. Each new moment a fresh new start, a whole new glorious universe. How deeply can we experience the "here and now"?

Congratulations on logging your food and drink!

Before Christmas, how about sending some words of encouragement to at least one other person in this group?

We're building our mindfulness skills, right now. :)

I like this quote a lot.

From an MFP point of view I try not to beat myself up about a "bad" day because it used to spiral into a week or a month - now I see each day as a fresh start to do better. I can't change a bad day but I can do better from this point on.

Bigger picture - life is too short, enjoy it!

Truthfully logged food and drink? Yes, always! It gets ugly some days but I'm always honest with my diary

Logged at least 20 minutes of exercise? Yes, I did a Leslie Sansone DVD this morning.

That's awesome, LazySpice, that you're always honest in your food diary, no matter how beautiful or ugly it is. Wow!

It took me awhile to realize that MFP is MyFitnessPal. :) Yes! I so appreciate our MFP community, too!
