Would adding two teaspoons of white sugar (about 4 carbs) to my coffee in the morning keep me from going into ketosis even if I remain under twenty carbs?
It's not enjoyable just drinking it with cream, and I can't stand the taste of the artificial stuff.

I dont think it would affect your ketosis but it might trigger craving and derail your detox. I myself am addicted to sugar so i have to be careful of even artificial stuff because to much triggers my cravings. if you do need sweetener try natural sources instead of refined white sugar or maybe sweetened creamer. i too didnt like artificial sweeteners but i said if i really want my tea or coffee then ill deal or not have it i got used to stevia real quick after that! hope this helps0

Yikes I think you got your measures wrong. 2 teaspoons are 8 grams, and 8 grams sugar equals 32 calories
sounds like you may need to change your coffee, personally there are varieties of coffee no matter how much sugar or cream, it still tastes like crap. great coffee taste awesome "naked"0
