December Week 3 Mini Challenge

Welcome to week 2 mini challenge. We are staying with the same format.

We all try to stay within our calorie limit soI am not going to say that every day..

Most of you try to do some form of cardio every day so I am going to let you choose 30 minutes of cardio.

What I will post is a strength and a fun food challenge.

The difference is you have to post that you are in for the challenge and again when you finish it....

Monday Mini Challenge
Give up processed sugar for today.
Do 150 crunches

Tuesday Mini Challenge
Don't eat after 8pm
Do 100 push-ups

Wednesday Mini Challenge
Eat 2 fruits and 3 veggies
Do 100 squats.

Thursday Mini Challenge
Home cook everything today
Do (10) 15 second planks

Friday Mini Challenge
Try something new today.
Do 100 lunges (50 each leg)

Saturday Mini Challenge
Choose healthy snack
Do 50 dumbbell shoulder presses http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-aVuyhvLHU

Sunday Mini Challenge
Enjoy a well deserved relaxing day
