Wow, after a week off it sure feels good to be back! I started feeling sick again yesterday but I cant take anymore time off!!!

30DS Level 1 day 6
Followed by:
Day 9 and 10 of the arm challenge (75 Tricep Ext, 75 Arnold Press, 23 Tricep Dips, 13 Push ups)

    Welcome back Heather! You had me worried for a moment. I hope you are refreshed and ready to kick butt.

    Happy Monday all! I have Zumba tonight. I am not as prepared this week. I have my week planned but I haven't been to the grocery store yet. I will get there this afternoon and then be ready for a healthy week. I may have to hit Subway for lunch. Too much sodium and processed meat but it may be my best bet for calories on the run today. I need to have a good week.

    I am only 1.5 lbs away from hitting 50 lbs weight loss overall. I'm looking forward to that number, hopefully later this week! I also hit my most recent mini goal this weekend so I ordered my reward...a heart rate monitor. I am so excited to get it in the mail today and try it out on Zumba tonight. :happy:

    Good Morning and welcome to Week 5 Day 1! Glad your back Heather. This is the last week of the challenge and I will be starting another one next week because I need support and motivation to get me through the next few weeks. I'm happy to see that everyone has a plan for today. I'm starting the Gamma Pure Strength Hybrid from Focus T25. Everyone have a great day!

    I am so ready to kick butt this week! I just needed time to recover, I am still feeling slightly under the weather but I think maybe my immune system is down from all the crap food and no exercise last week!

    Great attitude! This time of year is hard on healthy lifestyles AND our immune system. But I know you are going to give 'em hell. Not sure who 'em is but I know you will do it anyway! :tongue: :tongue:

    I got my new heart rate monitor in the mail today so I am wearing it to Zumba. We will see how many calories I actually burn! Can't wait to see!
