MFP and Eat More 2 Weigh Less started it all for me. I am so proud to look back and know that I will never feel and look like that again. As hard as it is to share, these pictures are my ultimate motivator. NO LOOKING BACK!

    Incredible. Great job sticking to it and seeing it through.

    Even though progress will be slower now obviously, I get the idea you are going to do great things still in the future here.

    What are your lifting goals, kind of just assuming you must have done some.

    what did you set your daily cal rate at
    How much exercise did you do and what kind?
