    I am from South Africa and I had my surgery done by a doctor here in South Africa. He was excellent. Why are you thinking of having the op done in a different country?

    I've know some people who have had WLS in Mexico. Is there a reason you're looking at S. Korea?

    Currently I am living in Japan and Korea was the closes to perform the Gastric Sleeve. I am 3 weeks post op tomorrow and doing well except for sharp pain on the right side. I have read a lot about people having the same pain because that is where the stomach was removed but mine was removed from my belly button. The pain is awful when I try to get up from the bed or chair especially when I am at work. I am able to drink at least 90grams of protein daily and have no issues keeping the mushy food down. I am not going to weigh in until I am 4 weeks post op I keep my scales hidden or I would be on them everyday. Staying positive has been key.

    Daily vitamins
    2 chewable daily vitamins- morning and night
    Biotin 1 daily-morning
    Probiotics-2 daily-morning and lunch
    Calcium 1 chewable -lunch
    liquid B complex 3 days a week-Mon, Wed, Fri
    Tums and gas x when needed
