So I finished the shred yesterday and took weight and measurements this morning (got up extra early before my 6:30am flight, ugh). Just thought I would share! I didn't lose much weight at all, but I think that's partly because I didn't really start watching my calories until about halfway through, and also I just don't think it was quite enough activity to really make the pounds drop. I am really happy with my results anyway though, I lost quite a few inches.

Arms: 14"
Thighs: 25.25"
Bust: 42.5"
Waist: 37"
Hips: 42.5"
Weight: 184 (though at my highest throughout the 30 days I was 185.5
Day 30 12/16
Arms: 13"
Thighs: 24.5"
Bust: 40.5"
Waist: 34"
Hips: 40.5"
Weight: 181.5
