Squat: 143 10x3 (bear with me if these don't sound correct, I'm converting from kilos)
Bench 77 x3
OHP 71 x1
DL 176 x3 (haven't trained these for 3 weeks, did some on Sunday and this is what I managed)
Hoping for 154 (will count this as BW) 10x3, on squats, on Tuesday.0 -

I just did squats @ 100lbs 3x5! Might not sound like much but to me this is a HUGE accomplishment! I loathe squats, they are by far my worst lift. Never thought i'd actually be able to get to 100 but I did it! Yaaaaaaay!0

3 powerlifting PRs in the past 4 days!
Got a double bodyweight squat at the weekend - 115kg, also 140kg deadlift, and became national champion. Then today I benched 2 reps at 62.5kg.
My 2014 goals were to increase squat and deadlift by 40kg each, and so far I've added 15/40kg to my squat and 20/40kg to my deadlift.

Well. Yesterday's testing rounds were kind of a bust. I did all three big lifts- and three attempts on each lift.
I failed all 3rd lift. I am a little disappointed with myself based on the fact the numbers I got were pretty solid and completely unsurprising to me. My 3rd attempts would have been nice PR's for me and I think not unreasonable. But apparently I was greedy and they ARE unreasonable.
Nevertheless.
Squat- 225- new official PR for me
Bench 185- That's a new recent PR for me
Dead lift- 305- not particularly new- but still not shabby- very disappointed I did not hit 3 plates- that's really my goal.
So new goals that I'm going to be training for will be
250 Squat
205/210 bench
315 or higher DL.0 -
