Using a resistance band instead of dumbells...

I'm flying out of town for the holidays and am not planning to pack dumbells in my bag (for obvious reasons). Any tips on using a resistance band instead of dumbells for the excercises?

Try to figure out a way to step on the cables so you get as much resistance as you need. I would test out a few poses and see what feels comfortable. The rows should be easy, and I bet you can look up proper form.0
