It's only 5 days left! We can do it!! I know that these are stressful days but let's remain on course.
If you at least ate in moderation, than the is okay too. I would prefer clean but moderation key too.
I do want to mention that I will be starting a second phase of clean eating as of January 2nd. Same group just another chance to eat cleaner. The focus will be geared towards 5 clean eating days and 2 cheat meals on two separate days of course.
I want us to focus on working out and weight training for body composition. If you guys are interested in this let me know. I will email you on the day before it starts.
