Hi there!
New here. Would love some input. Thanks in advance. I am also seeing a nutritionist soon but would love some input anyways.
Provide your stats (height/weight/age/bodyfat% if you know it/etc): 5'6", 154 lbs, 16 years
What's your current gross intake of calories, on average? 1600-1700 calories
What's your current average intake of protein, carbs, and fats, in grams? (GRAMS, not percent!)
Carbs - 196g
Protein - 149g
Fat - 39g
**This is my average in the past week**
Do you use a food scale and measure everything? I measure everything with measuring cups, tbsps etc. I plan on getting a food scale ASAP.
Do you track all of your intake, daily? (Everything?) Yes
Do you take cheat days or days off? No days off. Cheat meals, occasionally. I'm a recovering binge eater; this is something I am working on and is getting much better.
How much weight have you lost so far and over what time period? 2 lbs in three weeks, no weight lost since September
Describe your activity (exercise and non exercise) and did you change that activity withing the last couple of months? Nonexercise: full time student. Exercise: Ride horses 1.5+ hrs per day, Beachbody programs (thus far to date I have completed insanity, T25 and am on Turbofire). Plan on adding in weights 2x per week.
How long have you been stalled and if it is not a complete stall please be very specific as to how much you have lost over the stalled period. Since about August, gained a little weight in September, lost that, and am now back at the weight I was in August. So I've been at this plateau for around 2.5 months.
Are you breastfeeding? No
Do you have thyroid issues/risks or PCOS? No

Thanks for expressing interest in our group.
As much as we would love to help you, myfitnesspal requires you to be 18 years old and in addition to this, we don't feel that it would be responsible of us to offer dietary advice to minors.
Since you're going to be consulting with a nutritionist, since you're an active teenager and you're not obese, and your goals and your intake appear to be within a range of what we would consider reasonable, we think you're going to be just fine.
