Got to get motivated today. Got to Want It!! What do you Want??
I Want buns of steel, rock hard biceps, and 6 pack abs!
How badly do you want it?!
Bad enough to pledge: 100 bodyweight squats, 100 bicep and tricep exercises, 100 ab exercises, 100 pushups, 100 jump ropes. It's a goal, anyway.

I want better arms, so I'm going to pledge 5 planks today and 50 push ups (that I'll work on through the day -- my push ups are on the stairs or granny push ups). I like the idea of a daily pledge.

I'm off to a good start: 100 reps each for both biceps and triceps, 35 goblet squats, 1 set of 25 glute kicks. Ouch, my legs are cramping up. :ohwell:0 -
I recently sent a pic to my wife with my shirt off, and the response I got from her is that I do not have a 6 pack and my
abs need work.
So I want at least a 2 pack and by doing planks and side twists it might be a start.. I will be doing at least 750 push ups.

I be I do plenty of burpees tonight during kick boxing and/or karate.0
