Got to get motivated today. Got to Want It!! What do you Want??

I Want buns of steel, rock hard biceps, and 6 pack abs!

How badly do you want it?!

Bad enough to pledge: 100 bodyweight squats, 100 bicep and tricep exercises, 100 ab exercises, 100 pushups, 100 jump ropes. It's a goal, anyway. ;)

    Good morning, chani8! Great goals. :drinker:

    I want better arms, so I'm going to pledge 5 planks today and 50 push ups (that I'll work on through the day -- my push ups are on the stairs or granny push ups). I like the idea of a daily pledge.

    1 plank
    10 push ups
    25 squats
    10 biceps curls

    Good morning, HollisGrant! :) Wow, your goals are GREAT!

    I'm off to a good start: 100 reps each for both biceps and triceps, 35 goblet squats, 1 set of 25 glute kicks. Ouch, my legs are cramping up. :ohwell:

    I recently sent a pic to my wife with my shirt off, and the response I got from her is that I do not have a 6 pack and my
    abs need work.
    So I want at least a 2 pack and by doing planks and side twists it might be a start.. I will be doing at least 750 push ups.

    350 push ups
    1 1min plank.
    100 side twists.
    75 bicep curls

    just been editing this post.. Next post is when I get to 500 and 200 twists

    I think I will attemp at least 50 squats, 30 push ups and 100 bicep curls....and whatever alse I can squeeze in.

    Is this week crawling by or is it just me? I pledge to do 50+ squats!!

    So for today:
    Ran 1.5 miles
    Climbed 3 flights of stairs

    Need to do more!!!

    I'm about go do soemthing now...

    Made it to 100 goblet squats.

    100 triceps exercises
    100 glute hip thrusts
    35 glute kicks
    55 side leg raises (glutes)
    25 leg raises (for abs)
    eta - and 100 jump ropes

    2 planks 1 minute each.. Really should do 2 minutes but its tough in a work environment.

    Not working Thursday but will be doing cardio kick and spin at least. I will check in at some point.

    I'm back. 38 minute walk for 3386 steps( 1.6 miles) and 194 calories, 10 pushups, 10 squats, 10 tricep dips, 10 kunges, 10 squat thrusts, 10 hill climbers (english style), 10 crunches, 10 tuck jumps, 10 v situps, 10 star jumps, 10 squat jumps, 10 leg raises, 10 explosive lunges, 10 cross foot crunches (frog crunches), 10 jumping toe touches, 10 walk up planks ---- I'm out ot time so no burpee challenge. I be I do plenty of burpees tonight during kick boxing and/or karate.
