I came across this recipe and fell in love! Cauliflower, mmmm and cheese, YYYUUUMMMMMMMMMMYYY... First time I made it there were kids and adults, and they scarfed it!!! I now make it about once a week and everyone loves it!! I've even substituted half the cauliflower for brocolli. That turned out pretty darn good too!
