weight loss stalled

hi, my weight loss has stalled past 6 months and i am not able to get out of it. i am not on any medication and i have my calorie goal set to 1600 , and my macros are

carb-160gms, protein - 80gms and fat - 60gms

i have been doing jillian michelle kickboxing( do not know how many calories i burn) and then i do 100 squats and 150 wall pushups.
how am i supposed to break this plateau? should i increase or decrease my exercise ?

any success stories so that it might motivate a bit and also tips on breaking this plateau
