New to this.

I recently came across C25K on MFP and, admittedly, was a little intimidated because I thought this was a group for running 25k. But I see now that it isn't and I recently checked out the C25K website. It actually looks fun! It's been ten years since I ran and I really don't remember everything I was taught back then so I have a few questions.

Is there a limit on how long after eating you have to wait before you run?
Is it a good idea to drink water before, during, or after running?
Will the results be the same if I follow through with this program while pushing an all-terrain stroller (with a kid that weighs 21.4 pounds)?
What stretches do I need to do to ensure I don't pull a muscle?

Does anyone have any other tips?

    - Not for C25k. Now that I run 3+ miles, it's wise for me to stop eating a couple hours before running

    - Drink when you are thirsty. I found that I didn't need to carry water until I ran for more than an hour but everybody is different.

    - I pushed a double stroller with two kids weighing 25 and 30 pounds. Go us!

    - Warming up, such as walking for 5 minutes (which the program will ensure you do) is key. Here are some other options: http://www.runnersworld.com/the-starting-line/how-and-why-you-should-warm-up-before-a-run
