curious keto research topics

We know a lot about keto in regards to weight loss and insulin resistance. it's also therapy for epileptic children. I read today about symptom improvement in Parkinson's (which my father in law has). and there are others who research its effect on athletic performance.
later i'll research this on my own. (unless you, dear reader, know more)
here are some things i'd like to know about the effect of keto on:
-- dental and gum disease (less sugar > fewer cavities)
-- GERD and other common GI disorders (i know my GERD has reduced a lot, though I still take nexium)
-- some sleep disorders (insomnia, circadian rhythm)
