Alright my lovely lifting ladies! My hands are starting to really hurt me and affect my lifts. EsEspecially my rows and dradlifts. I want to get gloves and was wondering if any of you use gloves and what kind. I also have freakishky small hands, so they need to come in small sizes.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

I have very small hands, too. I usually use Harbinger gloves; they tend to run smaller/narrower than other brands I've tried. I buy mine on Amazon.0

Thank you. I shall investigate.0 -
I use a pair of cheap gold gym's from Walmart. They have lasted me a year now. They don't have much padding, but they are more to help with grip rather than avoid blisters and such.
If deadlifts are becoming a grip issue, you can invest in wrist straps to help out. That is what I have had to do as well.0
