Hope everyone had an amazing holiday!
I guess its back to the grind for most of us, so I'll start us off with a 3 mile run.

    1000 push ups-200 done
    500 twists-200 done
    100 bicep curls 8#-75 done
    20 pistols each leg

    Hey Gee and sims, great starts.

    I am off work until Monday but am working at home on some things on the computer and will welcome the breaks.

    My goals for the day:
    50 pushups (on the stairs): 10 done
    50 biceps curls #8: 10 done
    2 planks: 1 done
    50 squats: 20 done

    I might go for a hike if the ice melts.

    Snowing here, so no walking outside for me (if I go down, my whole ship goes down.....)

    My goals for the day:

    Love the title!! So glad y'all are here!

    I've been doing some fun things with my new barbell, including a set of deadlifts (30kilo).

    I also did some hula hooping - wow, those work the abs.

    I got in 5 real pushups and 10 incline pushups with my new non-skid pushup handlebars.

    If you lower your weight you can do some triple rows.. Thats just 3 deadlifts in a row. Also the clean and press
    is when your lift the bar over your head stop at your waist and do a dead lift.

    500 twists-500 Winning
    100bicep curls 8#-125 Winning
    20 pistols each leg-20 Winning

    They're awesome core exercises! And the visualizations that go with the titles, make them fun, and help me with form.
