Awesome goals, Sims.
I've injured my right leg somehow, folks. I don't know why. I'm not injury prone and have great health. We've had ice and snow and I haven't exercised as much. Maybe too much sitting has caused it. Or lifting the dog up 2 deck steps (she's 70 pounds). The ice is gone this morning, so I plan to do some long walks and see if that clears it up.
I will feel my way through exercise today.

My leg seems 95 percent better. I have no idea what caused the problem -- a weird ache from my hip joints all the way down the right leg to the foot.

I'm new to this group so all of you can add me as a friend in you'd like! I've had a good workout day so far and still going! I ran for 10 minutes and hit the bike for 25 over my lunch break. Also got in a 20 minute walk this afternoon since it's really nice outside today.

Walked several hours (dog walk and to the store)
My leg is fine now. I still have a lot of lower back pain, definitely from lifting my big dog up the deck stairs (she has arthritis in her paws and can't handle ice). I will have to take the leash and walk her around the house in the future.0
