Okay, so I spent a good part of the day in bed, so no exercise to report today, but the rest has paid off, as I'm finally turning a corner on this cold! Yay! I'm feeling loads better, except for a headache (to feel this much better seemed impossible only 24h ago). Anyway, today is the last of the Winter/religious holidays over here, so it's back to reality tomorrow. The weather has been rainy/damp and not very cold, so perfect breeding ground for nasty bugs, so I'll just have to keep up the immunity-boosting protocol that I started during all this. I think I'll be able to get out for a walk and maybe even a run really soon, but I really, really hope that I get 'clear' enough to go to the gym (I won't go sick, because i never want to get well, fit people sick). Fingers crossed.

No school today - too cold. Ahhhhh! One more day to workout when I want that's nice. Did a lower body workout. 630 burn nice. Long day of grading semester tests which I have put off terribly. So I won't get steps in.
I have a stupid cough now. It doesn't do anything but annoy me and anyone around me. Just a tickle in my throat. It hasn't hindered my exercise yet.

Today ended up just being a rest day for me was planning on running but we got a lot of rain here yesterday it rained from Sunday morning to this morning straight...So it flooded a bit around here and everything was soaked. I hope to run tomorrow morning before I go to sleep still no upper body workouts shoulder still healing up I am giving it another week then hopefully start 5x5 Strong Lifts next week.0

Except for Sherry sounds like we all got cold weather.
Today was 30 but felt like 20 my husband said because of high humidity...very cold walk today even with many layers.

This morning it was -27F with a wind chill of -54F, but at the moment it's up to -18 (-44 wind chill). Happily my car started this morning because I had to work. It's not going to get above zero until maybe Thursday, so it's going to be a long, cold week. Things are super busy at work so hiding in the house until then isn't an option. Stopped at the gym on the way home - got in a 2 mile run on the treadmill before a total body workout with my trainer. I'm awfully tired.0

It was very cold out today so I went .. swimming! It was an indoor pool, of course. Went to my local county pool and swam for about 15 minutes and then took a water aerobic class. Had a lot of fun and I made sure that I had the correct clothes that I was warm enough for the drive home.0
