I think the issue is cleared, others are now entering data.
I have set my goal loss at 25lbs. We have essentially 13 weeks to work with, this is just under 2lbs/week. This will be a stretch goal for me as it gets me into the "normal" BMI range and thus will be those really hard pounds to lose. But, in keeping with the theme, this is where fools rush in. Need to keep the pressure on to achieve the end goal which for me is a green BMI. :ohwell:

I just entered my data! This is the first time I've ever done a challenge. I'm shooting for 10 pounds, which will take me back to where I was at the beginning of last summer. I only have a total of about 20-25 pounds to lose, so even doing 10 in 12 weeks will be tough.
I'm excited to be part of a challenge because what happens to me is that I'll lose a couple of pounds with a few weeks of very careful logging and then just get frustrated with all the careful attention to calories and quit.
Good luck and Happy New Year!!0 -
I modified columns B (% of Fool's goal achieved) and Q (January Loss) to reflect correct values even if you missed a check in.0
